NAIDOC THEME: ” Because of Her, We Can”
BLAQ Diamonds Women’s Empowerment hosted a Gala Evening at the Pier Restaurant for 100 people in celebration of the National NAIDOC “Because of Her, We Can” theme for 2018.
This event we partnered with and engaged with 6 local Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander talented women & men to bring together an amazing evening to showcase the skills and talents of what we can provide in the Community of Townsville. The successes out of this event is we at BLAQ Diamonds is partnering with Business in Heels (Kate Herron & Tina Norton Jowitt) for the upcoming keynote International Motivational Speaker Heather McKenzie whom is renowned for her passion she is Co-Founder of the ShEO Foundation and #MeToo movement empowering others for the Business in Heels Luncheon on 1 September, 2018.
